Julia and Dr. Chen are amazing. Just from my first consultation, they were able to find that my existing crown has a gap that’s causing sensitivity and that I don’t need a root canal (which was what my existing dentist suggested and she even referred a specialist for me who suggested the same thing). I went to Brilliant Specialist for treatment for pain I was experiencing. I’m usually apprehensive to see the dentist because I have a low threshold to pain and don’t like hearing the grinding sound of the machine. But Julia and Dr. Chen made everything wonderful and stress free! I had an amazing experience and walked out feeling like I came out of a spa instead of the dentist! I really appreciate how they took care of me!
