Good collection of certified cars.
Good experience except had to bring car back after 2 days from purchase due to brakes being very rough on stopping... due to rust. Fixed now and all is fine
I had to keep calling the Salesman Dan with no real reply contacted another salesman and he was a little better but still wasn’t what I expected I end up calling another dealer ship and getting the exact same car, don’t waste your time at Brillance Honda you will not get a Brilliant experience... trust me
The salesman called me and said the car was still available and to come over for a test drive. Evan was a very nice and honest person
I spoke with Cindy there multiple times for a week about the condition of the car BEFORE I drove 4 hours out of state to make the purchase and I was assured everything was good! I test drove the car and it rode great..after I made the purchase CHECK ENGINE, TRAC OFF AND 4WD lights came on once I was 5 miles up the road. I went back and was in service for 3 hrs while they replaced o2 sensor. Next day once I was back home same warning lights..another o2 sensor AND ECM but the warning lights are still on. Dealer contacted me. Got a "thank you for your interest" email, but no pricing or other information as requested with the Car Gurus site. Disappointing that you clearly ask for a price on a specific vehicle but only get "call us" messages back. Sort of defeats the purpose of "internet pricing" as advertised by Car Gurus.
