Didn't do what it takes to make a sale. Poor follow up skills. Not upfront about used car's condition.
Great dealership. Willing to take a lot of time to go over vehicle with potential buyers. Will return to this dealership again.
Low stress, fun atmosphere! I went to 6 dealerships looking for a used car. This place was so much better! No hard sell. No pressure. Reasonable prices, no games. My salesman Rick was phenomenal.
Communication was ok until I asked them if their price is the final price. Then no communication afterward that question. A simple "Yes, this is our best offer at this time" or "Please stop by to negotiate price" would have been a much better response than nothing at all.
Tried to purchase car with bank loan (Boa) but they wanted to use their funding. Cost me $112.00 in uber there and back.
They were not willing to come down any on the sticker price of the vehicle... Part of buying a car and building future customer relationships is letting the buyer at least feel like they are getting a deal.
This dealership responded with the lowest quote. The salesman was very nice and did not push add-ons to bump up the price. They offered the extended warranty and worked the price for that down, but did not pressure us to purchase. We were very pleased with the experience.
