We worked with Ian and he was great. He was helpful, informative, and professional with no high pressure to buy. He followed up with us afterwards. The vibe of the dealership itself was friendly and pleasant. We had a good experience overall.

Guzman was a pushover, would not help with discounts and would not send proposal until basically I had to beg for it. I end up requesting for another Sales Rep to help and he was helpful but he would only offer discount on new vehicles, not used. With that kind of attitude from Guzman, I decline offer.

Horrible experience. When I told them I didn’t want to buy any of the extras they came and gave me a different price and then lower the amount they were gonna give me for a trade-in. Complete rip off.

He was nice at first yet the vehicle I was interested in he sold. I went somewhere elsa told him I was only interested in a renegade he got mad started saying renegades are bad cars to own this is the reason why they stopped selling them here. I assured him that renegades are very popular that there still being made and sold.

Dealer was great to work with. Unfortunately vehicle sold prior to me being able to get to the dealership. The did reach out so I did not waste time driving to the dealership
