Service Dept Very Good Although we have not purchased a vehicle from this dealer, we have used the service department. We found them to be friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone new to the area without hesitation. I have hear good things about the sales department as well, but have not had the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle of recent.
They believe paint should peel and bubble after six years in the weather in Vermont and the refuse to acknowledge that is is a defect.

Just leased our first jeep and can't say enough positive things. We attempted to work with 2 other dealerships and this company was by far the best. Pretty much came right to our terms. No pressure. Didnt blink an eye at paying off our remaining lease payments when the other 2 places gave us nothing but issues. Love my Jeep and this is the second Jeep I have bought at this dealership. I do find it very frustrating to call to make an appointment to get my oil changed and am told there is no appointments for the next 10 days !! Will be going elsewhere for service in the future.

Probably the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Scott and Ashley were great to deal with and made the buying process a breeze.
