BRIGGS IS THE WORST THEY LIE DONT RESPOND . HID THE FACT THAT MOLD WAS IN THE BASEMENT FOR OVER A YEAR! UNTIL KIDS GOT SICK. EVERYONE HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN STORAGE POD DURING CONSTRUCTION OF MOLD! THEN THEY FINED ME FOR GETTING A POS TO PUT ALL MY TJINGS IN! THE STAFF IS THE WORST THEY ARE ALL YOUNG CLUELESS IDIOTS!
This management company was the reason I sold my condo in Framingham ma. They embezzle money through multiple fines. They levied fines against my tenant totaling $1000 within a few months. taking pics of her children saying they left trash. Accused tenant of illegal parking even though they don't own a car. They're condo fee is the highest coupled with fabricated assessment. A trash fine of $500. The worst management company Unresponsive,rude, can't know where office is..know they don't work out of p.o. box! Thieves, liars.cheats..do yourself a favor.stay away from this company and all the losers it hires..looking very forward to the legal action I will be bringing to them.
We have just moved in to this complex and the HOA is terribly unresponsive and charges small hidden fees. We were charged a 'move in fee' of $100 for use of the elevator, but on move in day this amenity was broken, as a result we had to carry our furniture up 4 flights of stairs. When we reached out to our building manager at Coral Gables we received nothing bur cold corporate responses, not a great start to a new home. Now after a week of living here our garbage disposal broke, lets see how long this takes to get it fixed..... read more
