Brigitte is caring, knowledgeable, kind, patient and super supportive! I had EMDR sessions with Brigitte as well as counselling to help me resolve old trauma and also work stress and anxiety. Her support helped me in my healing journey and helped me make powerful decisions for my health and well-being. Our son who has ADHD also saw her and always enjoyed the sessions.
