Is there some kind of rule where you’re not allowed to use the “free” vacuums prior to going through the Car Wash? Because one of your employees sure thinks so and felt the need to shoo me away from the vacuum and go through the wash first. I haven’t seen a single sign anywhere that says that and if I pay for my membership and the vacuums are free anyways I don’t see the difference.

I am always happy with my cat washes! I have the membership and it is definitely worth it! The manager Geo is amazing and always is so friendly!
