I like to vacuum and clean inside my car 1st, an employee approached me and said I told you entrance is over there I explained I wanted to vacuum, he told me you have to pay 5 dollars to vacuum, other wise you have to pay to wash your car 1st to use vacuum , there's so many other places around here that don't force you to wash your car 1st and vacuum is free. "I've been a member here since opening day, but the service and attitude have completely gone downhill. My car is never clean after a wash, and the staff barely dry it off. After the manager acted overly aggressive and rude when I simply asked him to spray off some bugs, I'm done. I'm canceling my membership and taking my business down the street to Links Car Wash.
Did a horrible job cleaning my vehicle going through the gauntlet. No clean towels or spray to use to clean inside vehicle. Works are lazy. Not coming back again.
They cleaned my trike really well!
Very kind people and they were able to remove something stuck on my dash and door for no additional fee.
