RecommendedWe really enjoy the friendly people at Brightwater, staff and residents. We are well taken care of with all of the Wellness & Social activities. There is a great variety of meals and the Dining Room experience is lovely. The residents have a lot of input to the Executive Director & RAC President and communication back, they listen to us. Brightwater Chapel welcomes all who are interested and we have a very caring Pastor Jim.
I have been a resident of Brightwater for six years. I recall that during two hurricanes Brightwater did an outstanding job providing for the safety and comfort of its residents. However, the efforts our Executive Director and his staff have made to protect the residents during this Covid 19 crisis has been superb.
A facility where no patient care is actually done only what the hospital says. If you care about about your family member stay away!
Just wanted to send a BIG thank you to all the staff at Brightwater during this very stressful time. Our family is grateful for all that you are doing to keep our Mom safe!! With all the stress we are all under the staff at Brightwater is going above and beyond. We do appreciate how proactive Michael Fink has been with all the safe guards he has put in place. During these trying times of COVID-19 and social distancing, the Executive Director is communicating with members, families and staff about the newest information and procedures. Dining staff are delivering meals with a smile. Wellness has gotten very creative to keep everyone moving with a safe distance. My mother has lived in the Independent Living section, the Memory Care section and now the Skilled Nursing section. Every step of her journey has included interested and caring staff members that have positively impacted her life. Truly the very best aspect of Brightwater is the staff and how they go about their jobs. We've seen time and time again the genuine care and the 'extra' effort and interest that my mother has benefited from since Day 1 at Brightwater.
I have a couple of friends at Brightwater. One in Independent living and another in the Assisted living. Both are well taken care of. I love the activities offered in both places.
