Brightwater’s friendly staff and residents welcome new members in a wonderful way that goes all out to make you feel at home. I felt like I was treated like royalty with all the attention. Chris and I moved from Connecticut to Brightwater in October 2016. In our 3 1/2 years here we have found it to be an extremely warm and caring place. The staff members, many of whom have unusually long tenure always go the extra mile to insure that we are well cared for. Particularly during the current pandemic they have done everything possible to insure that we are all safe. My Mom has been at Brightwater now for a couple years. The staff has been excellent. During the pandemic, Lexi and Caitlin have weekly helped us Skype with Mom and have been so sweet. We even had a 6-way Skype with her on Mother's Day which was so awesome since we could not be there. The staff has been super and we praise God for them. I would highly recommend Brightwater to anyone needing excellent care for their loved one in the Myrtle Beach area. We love you, Lexi and Caitlin! and all those who take care of my Mom!
My mother is in assisted living and they take wonderful care of her. Since covid hit, I haven’t been able to go in but the girls are working very hard to keep our family member happy and taken care of! I talk to her and them nearly every day and I’m able to go to her window to see her! All the workers at Brightwater are very professional and they love my mother!👏🎉❤️

I researched communities for 1 year and chose Brightwater because it was so nicely appointed. My husband & I moved in 9 years ago. We had a wonderful time going to the theater outings and music events. The social aspect was so good for our well being. We were able to keep treasures and our new home felt like home. My husband liked the idea of being able to go to the dining room for dinner and socializing. I was still able to make his favorite dishes at times because our villa has a full kitchen.
I have lived at Brightwater for 4years and it is the place I need to be. All of my needs are taken care of, no worries about maintenance issues. I get to think about what I want to do. Everyone is so friendly and it is easy to make new friends with our activities and interests. We have a council to voice our concerns and stay active in our community.
Thank you for your efforts to keep my mother and all of your residents safe during this pandemic. My mother feels safe and well cared for, and we appreciate the transparency in the communications that you are providing on the health status of all there and the measures you are taking to protect everyone.
