Spoke with BrightStar, Worcester to set up an in home assessment for daily in home care of my aging father with dementia. An assessment was completed and service for 1 day a week was scheduled. The first visit was canceled on the same day that the service was to be provided. The second scheduled visit, no one showed up with no phone call. I called from out of state to confirm as to why no one showed/called and I was told that "we're sorry, we just can't service this home right now."
