Brightstar Traverse City care is very inconsistent. While we like our "regular" aide when she is available, a substitute for our regular aide was very young & clearly untrained/uncomfortable. Extremely poor communication when staff calls out. I was informed at 12 noon on Wednesday that my regular aide would not come at 1:30pm. I had this company for a community living support service and I can say it is THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Way too many no call no shows when I was with them
If you’re looking for in-home healthcare. Find a company that treats their employees as good .Horrible company to work for.there’s plenty of other places to go for clients and workers. Because everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. If they treat their employees bad, you probably won’t get a very happy caregiver
Great caregivers, but poor communication from office staff in the event of caregiver call in or time off request, and inconsistent availability and scheduling. Never had a primary and backup caregiver as discussed during initial consult.
