Brightstar has been providing care for my father in law. As to be expected there have been unexpected hiccups and overall the experience has been very good. Bethany & Rachel have been patient with our requests for various care coverage hours. The care providers have mostly been consistent with wonderful care being provided by Callie, Shellby and Dawn. I highly recommend this home nursing company. My BrightStar nurse Lauren is awesome!! I have a very long infusion amd she is very attentive to my needs snd symptoms the entire time. She was able to see trends and patterns in my symptoms and find some adjustments to my i fusion protocol that my doctor could order and it made all the difference.
