If you’re looking for in-home healthcare. Find a company that treats their employees as good .Horrible company to work for.there’s plenty of other places to go for clients and workers. Because everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. If they treat their employees bad, you probably won’t get a very happy caregiver
Great caregivers, but poor communication from office staff in the event of caregiver call in or time off request, and inconsistent availability and scheduling. Never had a primary and backup caregiver as discussed during initial consult.

My family and I were looking into a company to help take care of my 100+ year old grandpa. Everything started out great until almost every day now they have to keep calling off and no one is there to take care of him. This leaves my family having to drop their plans to go do BrightStars job that we are paying them to do. Very upsetting
Excellent place to work. The people are kind and professional. I highly recommend.
