Following an eventful surgery on my father, the hospital sent him home with a catheter. He's 89yrs and the surgery took a real toll. He lives alone and the surgery made him extremely weak. This five star review is for my exceptional customer service from Heather. My husbands very necessary procedure had an issue and she dropped everything to help. I deal with a lot of insurance and doctors, most with horrible customer service, so this was a very rare and lovely experience. Thank you Heather!!!
