I just wanted to take a moment to say that the incredible team at BrightStar Care went above and beyond to help me during a tough time with my husband. He needed more care than I could give him by myself. Thank you so much for answering all my questions and making a not-so-great situation a little easier to handle.

Following an eventful surgery on my father, the hospital sent him home with a catheter. He's 89yrs and the surgery took a real toll. He lives alone and the surgery made him extremely weak. Ok, what am I supposed to do now? He can barely stand/walk, I am far from a caregiver. A catheter? It was supposed to be a routine surgery. What am I going to do? I live in San Diego. This five star review is for my exceptional customer service from Heather. My husbands very necessary procedure had an issue and she dropped everything to help. I deal with a lot of insurance and doctors, most with horrible customer service, so this was a very rare and lovely experience. Thank you Heather!!!

Thank you so much to the entire BrightStar Care team, especially Bryttanie! They were professional, compassionate and effective in their support through a difficult time. Heather made the logistics direct and simple and we felt heard and cared for through the entire process. Bryttanie especially went above and beyond, demonstrating real empathy and caring in addition to excellent communication, note taking, and advocacy that made a real and significant difference in my stepfather's care.
