A couple of weeks ago, I had a two-week series of infusions scheduled with BrightStar Care. There were some initial hiccups with staffing that looked like they’d delay everything by a full week. Not ideal. But then I got a call — from Kris. This guy didn’t just apologize and wish me luck. Within an hour, Kris had completely rearranged both his personal and professional schedule to make sure I got my infusions the very next day. No delays, no excuses — just action. Debbie was awesome in helping me prepare for my stem cell donation. She was friendly, professional, and always on time. I barely even noticed when she gave the shots—which was a huge plus! Her care and skill made the whole process so much easier.
Wonderful service. Roger is my husband's best friend here in Utah. He helps me take care of him during the day. My husband has health issue that make care stressful. He helps ease the stress and goes above and beyond.
