The only reason I'm giving one star is that I can't give zero stars. Didn't get the hours we were supposed to get. Only had one person to do care for our son. Whenever she called in sick we had to change our schedule. Got couple hours notice that she quit. Now we have no one to care for our son. Brightstar doesn't have anyone that is familiar with our son or his conditions. Tomorrow my wife and I are definitely looking at other companies to replace not so brightstar.

Great team of people, with excellent administration. My in-law's have care several times a week from Brightstar. I can tell you they are reliable and trustworthy.
