I was taking care of my father-in-law with dementia 24/7 for 2 months straight and I needed a break. I have used Brightstar for full time care for about a year now. I have to say they do not miss a beat. Anytime I have had the need to call there is an immediate response. My Mom is very happy with her care, for what I thought was going to be a process turned out to be seamless. Once the caretaker is in place they don’t just walk away. Brightstar Emerson took wonderful care of our partially paralyzed, bedridden mother for 7 1/2 years. Patricia, the owner, has been very helpful & understanding. Our 24/7 live-in aide, Christiana, has been an incredible blessing for our family! We highly recommend their services!
