Trying to manage care for my 97 year old mom in another state has been a challenge. She is mentally competent and is adamant about staying in the apartment she’s called home for 40 years. If I had expected perfection I might have been disappointed, nothing is perfect. They were consistent, went out of their way to be helpful, the two aides we had were skilled. The representative from the agency was always available. I would definitely use them again.
