I recently had an unusually challenging experience at a nursing facility where my elderly aunt was in residence. Brightstar greatly assisted me in dealing with the facility to establish and provide essential care for my aunt. Do Not send your Family Here. The director is very rude. I was in the middle of being staffed when I was asked could I come in the next day. Which I could not. And I was hung up on. When I tried to call back and ask why I was being treated that way. I was hung up on again. When the women finally answered the phone. I could hear the director in the back telling him to to hang up on me again. I don't understand why I was being rude too, if he would treat potential employees this way.
