Nurse Patience was amazing. She was very thorough, gentle and kind while taking care of my Mom.
If I had expected perfection I might have been disappointed, nothing is perfect. They were consistent, went out of their way to be helpful, the two aides we had were skilled. The representative from the agency was always available. I would definitely use them again.
Kudos to BrightStar Care! The experience from beginning to end was fabulous! My 89 year old Aunt was diagnosed with a terminal disease and all she asked was to die at home. This all occurred over a holiday weekend! When I contacted BrightStar I spoke with the owner Olu who jumped into action to get the care my Aunt required in place. He sent me the intake application, which I was able to complete electronically while traveling on a train heading on vacation. Bright star is doing a great job with my father. The aide looks out for my dad’s needs and has become part of the family. I also appreciate them checking on my father when he was sick.
