We recently had to move my mom to a new memory care facility in another state. I asked the facility if they could recommend a company to assist my mother when she had appointments off-site. I was told that many of their residents use BrightStar Care and they and there families are very happy with them. I decided to give BrightStar a try. My mother has had a few appointments offsite. The office staff and the owner, Sanaz are all super friendly and very helpful when you have inconveniences that conflict with your ability to work! I have only been working here for nearly a year and I recommend any to work here! They are super flexible, especially if you’re in school and working!
