Other then the more than frequent cancellations and rescheduling and no make up for most of the cancellations the staff they sent out were fine.
Both Ken and Aaron were exceptional to your physical therapy team. Both were very knowledgeable very compassion and patient very informative as to the outcome that was expected my compliments to both and hopefully I can use them both in the future.
