*Honest review*I have been working at company since October, & love the staff.. the owner/boss Dr. Gena is amazing, I must shout out Heidi as well they’ve been there since I started, & have always been reliable! HR is always responsive, & my go to guy for any questions! All my coworkers are friendly, & professional. I started as a caregiver, & loved it, & now love it even more as a nurse. I recommend the company for sure, it’s not perfect, but I do believe that everyone here genuinely cares.
I have been working with Genesis & team for the last 7 months since my move to San Diego. Moving across the country & finding a new infusion nursing team was super stressful for me - i feel very lucky that I landed with Brightstar. We sought out multiple agencies for my mother who’s living with Dementia, around San Diego before we moved from Arkansas. It was stressful. Thankfully Dr. Génesis and her team were truly a blessing. They were courteous, compassionate and understanding of the emotional roller coaster. They made the process a breeze and have sent amazing caregivers!
