Getting to come to the Madison office and see all the great people who truly work so hard for those they serve, both clients and Direct Care Staff, is wonderful! You would never believe the effort that goes on behind the scenes each and every day, but they do it! You all amaze me.... from the Customer Care Managers to recruiters and those working on payroll and billing, you are all obviously caring, driven people! You set the bar high home care and staffing!

I find it very concerning that you tell a family you can help them out and that you service Oregon, Wi. You send out a Social worker to do intake. We call back for service and request a different Social worker due to conflict of interest. We set up an appointment for nurse assessment and last minute you call and tell us you do not have an aide willing to drive out to do the care we need. Mind you the $44.00/hr. should cover the 10 miles if even that far. Beware of this business. They will leave you in the lurch!

Hi Bonnie, We do our best to help clients no matter where they live in Dane County, but our success at finding a caregiver match depends upon how much lead time we have to find a match and if you have any flexibility in your visit times. I am very sorry that we were only able to start immediately with one of your three visits per day. We did not want to promise you more than what we could deliver.

Absolutely love working with BrightStar. They make having a family , work, school so much easier. So flexible. They also give acknowledgment when due, they respect their employees as much as they do their clients. I cannot help but gloat that I love my job!!!!
