Caring staff.. Brightstar has worked with us to find the right people to care for my Mother. Personality, patience , kindness and work ethic! We’ve been with Brightstar over 5 years.....It’s really up to the family to make sure the caregiver is right for the job...
they are very professional and took excellent care of my wife who is recovering from surgery when I had to be away from home.
BrightStar made the process of bringing Mom home very easy. They helped us through every step of the way and didn't mind 100 questions! The office staff is professional and courteous and the caregivers were friendly and knowledgeable. They made suggestions that we would never think of. I highly recommend this company!
Good place to Work!! My clients are nice love hearing about their old days or the children I care for seeing the creative sides. Clients are generally very friendly. Flexibilty of hours is stellar because you can pick up shifts if you need . The job is all within the radius the tell you so you aren't driving all over the metroplex like other home health CNA jobs. Love taking care of the clients I feel great giving back to the community in this way or health .
I have been working for this company for a while. It's a great company. I would recommend it to all my friends. Great Owners. Also recommend it to family. They have great staff and gives excellent care
Over the last 11 years I have used the services of seven different Home Health Companies. There have been some good experiences and some not so good experiences. Everything with this company has been excellent. The office personnel have great customer service with a sensitive and caring attitude. Great staff. They handled my mother extremely. She needed a lot more care than the previous company could handle and Brightstar really came around when we needed it.
Totally unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional,zero concern for urgency.Far unacceptable for industry
Horrible service. Several no call no shows, this past Easter weekend I guess they must have closed Fri -Sun, because no nurse showed up to do my son's woundcare, nor did anyone call. You would think they would have the courtesy to notify us! I am an RN, and I STRONGLY recommend you do not use this agency. I am on process of looking for another.
