I can't say enough good things about the care that my wife received from the caregivers provided by Bright Star.In particular, the two caregivers she had at the end of her life were phenomenal.Bright Star was flexible with last‑minute cancellations and last‑minute schedule changes. They did their best to make sure that, if they had a scheduling issue on their end, it was covered and not left to me. This is a difficult business, and I've been through several care agencies. Bright Star set an amazing standard.
BrightStare Care has been wonderful to work with. Ruth assists my father and is a very kind and intuitive person with great problem solving.
If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. This company from start to finish failed to do the simplest task. Employees of this company simply would not show up or would come whenever they wanted never following the schedule we had setup. The company and its employees made up lies and excuses whenever they were asked to do anything. Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. We felt really fortunate to have G from Brightstar Care help us when we traveled to Auburn. It was short notice to find someone with the experience we needed and he filled the position personally. He was professional and personable and we will be calling this company again if we have plans to travel to the Seattle area.
