If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. This company from start to finish failed to do the simplest task. Employees of this company simply would not show up or would come whenever they wanted never following the schedule we had setup. The company and its employees made up lies and excuses whenever they were asked to do anything. Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. We felt really fortunate to have G from Brightstar Care help us when we traveled to Auburn. It was short notice to find someone with the experience we needed and he filled the position personally. He was professional and personable and we will be calling this company again if we have plans to travel to the Seattle area.

Unfortunately the director Kathy is a snake in the grass! This person lied about providing a bonus and the company a a whole has lied several times about how they compensate the employees! The employee worked excellently never missed a day with a terminally ill client and the clients last wishes was to have the worker be with her for 24 hour care and Kathy the boss actually cut hours of the worker and gave them to a friend of hers because the client could no longer speak for herself and the owner Kathy did not honor what the... read more
