Maria Morales is my caregiver, and I can recommend her highly. She is polite, caring and efficient. I would recommend her for any position you have to send her to.
I don't know who is responsible for scheduling and being sure caregivers get to the right addresses, with this agency, but I live in an apartment complex where someone in Building is supposed to receive services, and several times over the past several months, Caregivers who seem to be very friendly and responsible have shown up at my door because they have been given the incorrect address. HORRIBLE supervisor. They do NOT care about their employees. I would NEVER send my family to be cared for by them because they don’t even care about their employees.
