With all of the good reviews.. You would think that their customer service would be better! I have been trying to get my son in this school for going on a week now. The lady continued to tell me that I will get a phone call back after she took all of my information. Including getting me to send in a picture of my insurance card. Esther with Brightside has been absolutely amazing! I ended up going with another ABA place specifically for insurance purposes, but from the beginning, Esther has helped me through this entire process even when we weren’t one of their clients. She has answered all of my questions in a timely manner and truly cared for my son who needed help. I’m so thankful for her in this crazy time of trying to figure everything out!
My son started at Brightside part time January 2025 and full time March 2025. In that time his BCBA Ms Patty provided, and has continued to provide, a level of care one would see from family. In October we had the addition of RBT Ms Stephanie to our care team and her efforts have been as equally dedicated to my son’s programs. This place is amazing!! Every person was energetic, welcoming, passionate, understanding, and accommodating to my child’s needs. Alexis always put a smile on my child’s face and always adapted and accommodated in order to meet his goals. Even after relocating to a different state my child asks for her and misses the “school” as he says. Alexis felt like family and as a parent with special needs, we couldn’t ask for more!
