Finally treated with respect here. After a dog attack, they took great care and got the issue addressed in a very timely fashion. And it is true, there is a black list of people shared between all hospitals. Found out for sure I was on that list from North bay. I've never touched drugs, but north bay, and Hanover believes I was an addict, so I was blacklisted. The nurses and doctor in Owen sound know me well, and can confirm I was never an addict. An investigation has started into Hanover and north bay for malpractice.
This place is a dump. Its filthy. They dont take proper care of their patients, doctors will brush you off. Reception staff are horrible and rude and no compassion whatsoever. If you wanna live, skip this hospital and find the next one.
Hour 9 in the ER where tha doctors at, upon mentioning this the nurses laughed and found our discomfort amusing
Thank you to the professional care that I received on Monday August 1st the long weekend. Emergency staff, nurses, doctors all worked in harmony with my treatment and felt so confident in their hands - appreciate your hard work and attention to the smallest details. Truly amazing!
Staff seems to make your personal belongings go missing somehow. Other than that great place. Just don’t bring anything valuable because you won’t leave with it
