Building has nice playground and overnight security monitoring/contact. Pet friendly, comes with two parking spots at no extra charge, newer double paned windows. Guest parking available.

Not a bad place to call home! – I love living here, I like the fact that it is a smaller complex, not a mega complex with 200+ apts. Being newer is a plus too. I've lived here since early 2008 and have very much enjoyed my stay. The grounds are clean and well kept and the apts. are nicely appointed. I look forward to staying here for many years to come.
