Very impressed
I've lived here for a while and the maintenance guy Mike is great. He always gets things done the correct way. He doesn't half ass things. He cares about the residents and is very friendly.
One of the worst apartment complexes EVER! Apartments are so small and any repairs are haphazard and look horrible. When I first moved in there was a cockroach infestation! Not ok!! Maintenance doesn’t come until days or weeks after calling in a work order. Pool is almost always closed because they don’t know how pool chemicals work. Their hired landscapers start mowing at 7AM and goes until 11-12!! You will not get any sleep here on Thursdays!
