Let start out by saying that the sales, finance and service staff are GREAT! My issues all steam from the sales manager (Brandon) at Brighton Harley Davidson. My wife and I went to Brighton Harley to look at a bike for her that she found online. The salesman (Nick) was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating while looking at the bike. When something is right, you just have to let your friends know it. This was my first visit to Brighton.
