Sales people won't help you. They pick who they want to wait on. I thought they worked on sales, guess not.
I made a new friend when I met Karyn Malloy, the best salesperson you could ask for. If you are looking for a bike, ask for Karyn... she is a no pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly person. She listens and won't put you on a bike that you're not completely ready for. Wonderful experience and would definitely see her again. Thank you Karyn!!

Hats off to this Dealer... I called 4 Dealers in Canada and 3 others in the States looking for a jacket for my wife... I call Brighton and they had it in stock and with more than 1 size to try. They held them for me and took a ride on Sunday to check them out. Wife was super excited she finally got the jacket she wanted.. Thanks Brighton!!! will definitely be back.
