My bike has been in for service over three weeks now. The first week nothing was done due to "my tech" having a family emergency. Then they found time to determine what was wrong and the parts required to make repairs. Last week I was told it would be completed yesterday, Wednesday. So I call today, Thursday to arrange a pickup time. Now I'm told it is scheduled for "my tech" to have it on the rack on the 23rd. Seems "my tech" is on vacation this week. Had the new bike I wanted, sales staff was excellent. All around excellent service. You can't go wrong with Brighton Harley Davidson.
The salesmen were all so very nice. They took me around the facility. They showed me everything. They took their time to fix the bike b4 I was able to leave. It felt like family. I recommend anyone who is looking for a Harley to go their.

Today was by far the best experience I've had there yet. Harley my puppy and I went in and picked up his new aviator hat and the manager's daughter walked over and offered to walk my puppy around while I picked out some more items to shop what a friendly atmosphere I will always come back here. She's only eight years old and even picked out some items she thought would look cute on me how thoughtful! And I purchased them they look great. Not only a great atmosphere but a personal shopper and "dog sitting" lol
Unfortunately I could only give 5 Stars here. I would have given 20 if I could. I bought my new fully equipped 2105 Ultra Limited from Brighton Harley, but unfortunately the bike must have been from the first week of production and the line hadn't quite yet mastered the processes! :-) I had 14 warranty failures, 6 of which were total breakdowns that required a trailer pickup to get me off the side of the road.
