Had problems on a trip from WV to MI. The service staff went above and beyond. Picked the bike and me up and had me back on the road in no time! Thanks James, Tom and Preston!
Service Dept needs to Answer the phone when it rings, if only to say "I'm with a customer, can you please hold or some one will be right with you" Leaving a message on voice mail never gets a call back. I hate being a "Pesty" customer, but its the only way to get a call back.
Great selection and pricing. Awesome people to deal with. Worth the trip! Go visit them and check them out. You won't be disappointed.
