Good communication
We were interested in a Xterra they had. It seemed that when my wife mentionerd that we wanted to pay with cash, they blew us off. A couple days after we initially contacted them, they said it was sold. She just had a feeling that it hadn't been sold. When I called a week later I was told it had just been sold the day before. We found the whole experience with them kind of strange.
Frank (internet sales) was an awesome professional. We had a complex deal (trading 3 cars in for 2) and he made it all seem easy. Not only was sales a great experience, the finance personnel and the service department went above and beyond to help make this an enjoyable and flawless experience. Cheers all!
