RecommendedThe "Plus" part of this facility is excellent. I haven't had to use the urgent care but I have been to multiple other areas of this facility and had wonderful results, care and exceptional staff interactions so far.
Maine med sucks go to mercy!
Being an employee they treated me like a drug seeker rather than a human being in pain. I fell down the stairs bringing my child to daycare. I love my job and instead of treating me like a person who fell down the stairs they treated me like a drug seeker. I’m so disappointed ☹️ I’m at home right now in pain because they refuse to help me
Whatever you do, DO NOT enter this facility! Horrid care! Misdiagnosis' constantly! Doctors who don't listen to a word you say! PA's that don't know what the hell they're doing! If you're there and Kimara Jebb (Physicians Assistant) walks into your room, ask for someone else! An ulcer, huh? Try BLOOD CLOTS throughout the abdomen! Thank God we went to Maine Med when we did, otherwise my boyfriend Tom would have died! We will NEVER walk into this facility again!
Two hours of waiting, multiple nurses sitting around planning there weekend. WASTE OF TIME!! Don't expect a Co-pay from me, I walked out and nobody even noticed XD
Waited two hours to have a cut sewn up to be seen and by the time I got home they had come out.
Very efficient and attentive care, in and out in under two hours.
