I went to Brighton Dental expecting a routine cleaning, but I felt pressured to consider additional treatments that I didn’t feel were necessary. I was clear that I only wanted a cleaning, yet the focus kept shifting to other services. It made the experience uncomfortable and left me questioning their recommendations. If you’re looking for straightforward care without upselling, this may not be the best fit.
