I was late on two appointments on back to back days - the doctors and nurses and everyone - even the receptionist were absolutely awesome. The doctors etc took the time to answer all questions without making me feel rushed while the admin. staff answered all and any insurance question. Dr Villeni (spell?) is my guy for sure.
The entire staff along with Dr Villani are highly professional. They offer an approach to dentistry that has a calming atmosphere. You truly feel your needs are being met that you are being heard. I highly recommend this practice for your dental plan.
Always exceptional care, professional and friendly hygienist and dentist, and a very high standard of excellence in all aspects of their practice. They make a patient feel so comfortable that at times I fall asleep during a cleaning and it's the most relaxing hour ever. Dental work done without any pain. I never thought a trip to the dentist could be so pleasant.
Nice people, great service! I had a few questions during my cleaning and they were answered thoroughly by the hygienist. Waiting room is comfortable, everyone was very friendly.
