Have been a customer since Dr. Villani took over the business (1990?) - first rate all around.
After a few bad visits to Mental Dental, I went to Brighton Family Dental after a friend recommended it and after about 5 years of nothing but positive experiences I would never go anywhere else. The thing that I like most is that whenever I need work, Dr. Villani and his crew always make sure that I'm as comfortable and relaxed as possible. They are VERY good about that. These guys are amazing! I have a BIG phobia about the dentist and everyone here did their best to make me feel comfortable. The office is really clean, the equipment is really advanced, and the staff is amazing! The receptionist, Phuong, always greets you with a smile and is super nice and ready to help you with any questions about your insurance and the costs of procedures. This was my first visit to this dentist and it went better than I had expected. They fit me in the same day I called for an appointment as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly. The dentist was very attentive, personable, and kept me informed at all times of what he was going to do and doing.
I was scared to begin with since I have never done this procedure before but it was not painful at all. I finally trust a dental group and can recommend them :)
