I am extremely disappointed with the management at Brightleaf at Lakeline Apartments. What kind of apartment tows residents’ cars as early as 7 pm ?! This is unacceptable and unreasonable. Even worse, this is the SECOND time our car has been towed, despite the fact that we have already registered our vehicle with the office. There is clearly a serious issue with how parking policies are being managed. On top of that, there is a major security problem in this community. I lived here for two and a half years. They try to fine you and take your money for everything. Forget about the deposit you paid; they won't give you back a single cent. On the contrary, they'll find any excuse to charge you extra. They broke my car window twice, and nobody did anything.
