Let me tell you. I love this place. It's helped my girls who have very different complex needs.
Lack of training of personal. Lack of keeping appointments, lack of communication, except to canceled appointments. We've gone through 3 CBT in less than 2 years due to 1 not even finishing training and the other 2 quitting the company. An actual therapist stayed for 2 months, moved up in rank and a new one hasn't been found for 4 months. I'm trying to figure out how therapy is supposed to help when it takes time for a patient to actually form a relationship with the therapist when they keep leaving. I worked at Brighter Stronger Foundation for seven years and felt valued as an employee. The founders excel in employee recognition, offer insurance options for part-time workers, provides supportive training, and foster a positive work environment. Overall, it's one of the best companies I've experienced.
