My experience at this office has been nothing short of great - between the excellent attention from Gabby at the front desk to Dr. Kang's knowledge and expertise... it's been awesome! Highly recommend.

My first appointment was scheduled incorrectly by their office staff so I had to reschedule after I had shown up for the appointment. The next appointment for my daughter I was fifteen minutes late so I had tried to call the office to see if i should still come but they had their answering machine on. When I showed up they said the Dr went home. I asked why they would not have just called?
RecommendedI am the last person to come to a dentist’s office because of the pain & my not so good experiences. But this orthodontist, Dr Johnson was fabulous. He explained every procedure in simple terms before performing them thereby reducing my anxiety & fear to the minimum. I recommend this Dr specially to those who are as afraid as i am. Special mention to the staff Gabby, Marta Joanne & dental assistant Shamira!
My daughter loves this place! Not our primary dentist but they put her braces on. I’ve never had a problem with the staff or any dentist in the office
The front desk staff is horrible. The dentists have told my children that they need to deal with being uncomfortable with their rude staff. I have been hung up numerous times and yelled at by the office staff. They overbook and cancel appointments without notice. It is a horrible horrible office !
5 out of 5 stars so far. I am a new patient of Brighter Dental. I was pleasantly surprised that as a new patient, I needed to go through a new patient screening appointment with the directing doctor of the office. As a new patient, I really appreciate that Brighter Dental takes the time to take detailed X-Rays and the doctor conducts a full assessment of my teeth and gums so I can get the right level of care to achieve optimal dental health. 1. Not very nice doctor. 2. The staff told me that my insurance will cover everything, but when I came for my appointment I had to pay 300 dollars for fees that my insurance doesn't want to cover. They should to inform me before my appointment. I'm not going to come back there.
I was advised that the procedure to be performed was not covered by insurance & I was responsible for it out of pocket $600. The next week when I arrived for my appointment I was charged 15% MORE & informed the fees went up! WHAT? ???? I was given a price already!!! Nothing they can do. Extremely unethical. I am NEVER going back to these thieves.
