My mother has been a client of Brighter Days for almost 4 years. No matter what we have needed, they didn’t hesitate to do what they could to meet our needs. The staff treats you more than just a number, they treat you as family. I couldn’t ask for a better company for my mother. Thank you for all that you guys do!
I don't recommend this company to anyone to care for their loved ones or their home. The owner only talks to them on the phone and doesn't inspect what her employees do. Her employees don't know how to clean kitchens or bathrooms; if they clean the dishes, they don't clean the stove. They clean the toilet poorly and don't clean the shower. They don't even know how to mop a floor, which is unacceptable, but they do know how to talk on the phone and waste time. And their appearance, don't even mention it.
