I agree with the other negative reviews on this site. It's outrageously expensive, you wait a long time, and they keep the pet longer than necessary to jack up the bill. I also consulted a family vet, who, unfortunately, doesn't live in this area, and I didn't feel comfortable calling her at 4:00 in the morning, so I talked to her after the fact. Our recent visit to Brightcare Animal ER (April 2023) with our sick cat was a traumatic one. The experience was marred by significant issues, which delayed my cat's treatment by more than two hours although our cat showed symptoms that clearly indicated she was in distress.
