He was so thorough and detail-focused with the carpet cleaning, and he even came back a second time because the pet odor from cats and dogs in the carpet would not fully come out at first. When we first looked at the home in Birmingham, I thought the carpet was brown, but it was actually tan, and the deep cleaning restored it beautifully.
