I’m really impressed with this carpet cleaning company! I’ve used their services for a few years now, and they always do a fantastic job. The prices are fair and the quality of their work is excellent. I usually ask for Wesley, who is always friendly and professional, and today Richard, the owner, came along too. They use natural, non-chemical cleaning products, which I really appreciate, especially with pets in the house. i couldn't be happier with wesley and the service from bright star carpet cleaning. someone accidentally tracked tar onto my brand new master bedroom carpet, and i was really worried it wouldn't come out. i called and they showed up the same day, taking care of everything quickly. they managed to remove all the tar, and now you can't even tell there was ever a stain. everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. i highly recommend them if you need carpet or upholstery cleaning.
