Bright Source was there and so supportive of my family at a very crucial time. They were able to meet my goal of admitting my mom right away, before her hospital discharge. The personnel, including their care coordinators, nurses and doctors, were on the phone with me well after regular business hours to meet my mom's current needs. Bright Source was an amazing resource for my family during my loved one's last few months of life. Honestly, I am not sure how we could have done this without them. They were always available for questions and ensured that we had clear understanding of the plan and process of transitioning.
