I'm not one to write bad reviews so I'll phrase this more as a question than a negative post. We chose your office based on good things we read and really enjoyed the staff until recently your office refused to see my sick daughter. We did a web visit and were told if her fever didn't break we need to see her. we call to schedule a visit and are told to just go to urgent care and test for strep and covid. so the doctor at urgent care can see us but my own pediatrician can't? we were told we are only doing wellness visits and... read more
This is a place I will always recommend. Motherhood is not easy and trusting others with your child’s well being is scary. I am so thankful to have the Doctors and Staff on my team. They are so helpful. Always going the extra step to get the care your child needs. They never rush you off the phone even when your toddler is yelling at the top of his lungs while you try to answer referral questions. We chose Bright Oaks as our pediatricians before my daughter was born and I have not ever been disappointed. The entire staff is so sweet and patient with even the shy little ones. We have seen nearly every doctor, NP, and nurse in the office and I love every single one of them! They are also fantastic at getting you a same day sick visit which makes all the difference. I very highly recommend Bright Oaks!
Without giving notice or explaining their fees they charged me for a no show -- After 18 years . They have become less personable and more corporate.
There’s nothing more I can say than I love this place! They are so sweet to my baby and always make sure to get us in quickly and accommodate our schedules as best as possible! When I came for my walk through visit my son wasn’t feeling well and they squeezed him in that day!!! Truly he best! Dr. Dave is the man and he knows what he’s doing, brooks loves him! The nurses are great the receptionist are awesome too! The after hours line is easy to use! So glad my friend referred me here!!!
We have been going here 4+ years and adore all the staff! So friendly and kind, and never once have we *not* gotten an appointment for something unscheduled on the day we call. Incredible. My 4 year old cries when we have to go because she loves it there so much! 💖
