Bright Oaks is a rip off - I cancelled my daughters appointment and they charged me a $25 cancellation fee which I dispute. Then they send to collections and begrugingly I pay the $25 for the annoyance and now they are sending a bill for $50 the fee the collection agency charged them to collect a measly $25. BBB and credit bureau have been contacted and disputed. What a rip off policy! How can you prove that when you call that the cancel the appointment!!!!!! You can't Stay away from this practice
