Got the job done! Front desk was amazing!
The entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly listen to my concerns and make me very comfortable while they work. Went in for a cleaning not feeling very well and they took very good care of me, needless to say greatful for that. Had to go in for an emergency broke a tooth, they got me in that day took very good care of me ( am a bit of a baby) and am very happy with my treatment.
Their service overall has been unsatisfactory in my opinion. They seem to be disorganized. They originally canceled my appointment due to computer issues which is understandable but has never happened elsewhere. When I did see them they couldn't service me, only quote me procedures. It felt like I was being sold to more than being provided routine dental care. They then spam with calls and text and claimed I never did an initial appointment. First time here. Very clean office and equipment. Staff and doctors very nice. I get really nervous at the dentist. Doctor was gentle with my procedure.
