I scheduled a new patient exam, X-rays and cleaning. When I arrived I checked in, had my X-rays taken but then was told that because they closed in 15 minutes they could not do my cleaning or exam. Why would they schedule patients when they don’t have the time for them? Why would they not tell me on the phone that they closed at a certain time, and that some services may not be able to be completed during my visit? Very friendly staff, however the 4 stars is because the first dentist was terrible, but I request a new one and she was fantastic gentle and takes the time to explain in give you tips to keep teeth clean. So far so good. Lets see in the coming appointments

PROTIP: book 2 duplicate appointments on different days so when 1 gets canceled you'll still have the backup. I had no problems with the dental work.
Great customer service!!! Hygienist was very informative and did an amazing job on my deep cleaning. Was very patient with me. Also, the lady that took my X-rays and the lady that assisted the hygienist on the deep cleaning. Dentist gave a good recommendation
