I schedule just for x-ray and they let me wait almost 2 hours and they want me to reschedule after a week with no reason. They are so unprofessional.

I switched to this new dentist, and unfortunately, the staff here has been even ruder than my previous office. Zenaida was very rude and had an attitude the entire time I was trying to explain my situation. She kept trying to rush me instead of listening. I called the office at 8:00 a.m. to make sure my previous dentist had sent my records over. I was told they couldn’t open the files, so I had to complete everything again. I was little worried when they started working on wrong tooth. Make sure you know what their plan is. Little confusing but everything was fine. And little hard calling them to confirm appt.
