My mom had work done here and they assigned her a dentist that is not in her insurance plans Network. She received a bill and was told to bring it in and they would waive her fees. Mom wasn't feeling well, so I took the bill and a check she received from her insurance co. Manager gave me a copy of the check and refused a receipt or any proof that I just handed him a check. The first thing I noticed was the friendly smiles. The staff is terrific, and my hygienist was off the chart, pleasant and professional. My doctor was pleasant and experienced. The first thing I noticed about him was his extended hand, which made me feel welcome.
Personable staff, Dr Chu was professional, knowledgeable, and explained things well and completely. Very happy with him.
Had my 6 month check up. Had my x rays and teeth cleaned. Very nice and professional staff.
